About Us

First company created by Ioan Tecar was Metalicplas Impex in 1994, specialized in wire rod processing. In 1998, Metalicplas Impex purchased the company Sârmă Dej with the same production profile, a company which was already bankrupt. In the same time there were bought different tools for metal activity and it was carried on the process of integrating the flow sheet.
